At Uplift Florae, we want you to love our products as much as we do.  And we want you to feel good about your purchase.  We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.

• If a product is damaged or faulty upon a delivery, you are eligible for a full refund

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

• For returns, please email yes@getuplifted.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return

• If your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label and instructions for how to send the package

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
