Beet It Smoothie Bowl
+ 2 frozen beets
+ 1 cup frozen cherry
+ 2/3 cup unsweetened plant yogurt
+ 1 scoop Plant Power Protein
Blend
+ toppings … I added homemade protein granola, chia seeds, and kiwi but it’s smooth and sweet and would be nice with any toppings you have on hand!
How do you get a super thick smoothie bowl?
- Don't add liquid!
- Yogurt is a good option "liquid" alternative
- Protein Powder makes it thicker (and adds protein!)
- Freeze all your fruits and veggies
