Chocolate Cherry Baked Oats
Really loving the combination of chocolate and cherry these days (maybe because I have cherries in the freezer that keep asking to be eaten.)
Baked oats are seriously like eating a molten lava cake of deliciousness except it's healthy somehow.
If you want a decadent treat with 26 grams of protein, 11 grams of fiber, and only 14 grams of sugar (from fruit**) this is the one!!
Chocolate Cherry Baked Oats
INGREDIENTS
Food process:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop Uplift Hot Sexy Cocoa Powder
1 scoop Plant Power Vegan Protein
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1/2 banana
- Tsp cinnamon + a crank of salt
Add to bottom of ramekin:
- 1/3 cup frozen sour cherries
- optional: handful of pure cacao chocolate chips
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
2. Process (or blend) all ingredients except cherries and choc chips
3. Place cherries and choc chips in the bottom of your ramekin
4. Pour batter on top
5. Bake for 25 minutes
