4 Ingredient Protein Pancakes
250 calories | 15 g protein
Just four ingredients:
🌾 1 cup whole wheat flour
💪 1/4 cup Uplift Plant Power Protein
👨🍳 2 tsp baking powder
🧂 just a pinch of salt
Mix ingredients, add 1 cup of water (or more to achieve desired batter consistency)
Cook in your frying pan on medium high heat, flipping when the underside is solid
Serve with your favorite fruits, tahini, peanut butter, or date syrup (pictured!)
