Super Clean Nice Cream Affogato

She may not look like much but wowza 🤯

I just threw this together quickly with what I had on hand and it turned out to be so delicious and so so clean.

 Here’s how it went down:

Adaptogen Nice Cream Affogato

INGREDIENTS
 - Bananas
- Uplift Hot Sexy Cocoa Powder
- Coconut Cream (or the cream from a can of coconut milk)
- Uplift Lean Bean Coffee
- Optional Garnish: cacao nibs 

For the chocolate Nice Cream:

+ Throw frozen diced banana in the food processor
+ Blend for about 5 minutes until it’s ice cream consistency
+ Add a scoop of Uplift Hot Sexy Cocoa
+ Stick it in the freezer to get it a bit more chilled

 For the whip:

+ Use a whisk to whip coconut cream (seriously, that’s it)

For the coffee:

+ Make one scoop of Lean Bean Power coffee extra strong by adding only 3 tbsp of hot water

To assemble –
Add scoops of nice cream to bowl
Pour coffee on top
Add whip
Garnish & eat
